This newly renovated condo is priced well below any comparable water front bay-side condo in Ocean City.
One half (1/2) deposit due at time of booking, balance due one (1) month prior to reservation date. A $ 300.00 security deposit is required and due one (1) month prior to reservation date. Subtract $ 221.00 (boat slip rental cost of $ 200.00 & 10.5 % taxes), if slip is not needed.
